The invention relates to an electric air suction pressing ring fastening device and a method of use thereof. The electric air suction pressing ring fastening device comprises an electric torque screwdriver, a vacuum generating device, an air pipe, a sleeve, a suction chuck, a hexagonal connecting rod and a clamping jaw. Through the mutual matching among the components, a vacuum air flow channel isformed, and the nondestructive suction assembly of the pressing ring is realized on the basis of the vacuum suction principle; and the function of the electric torque screwdriver is combined to overcome the defects of a traditional assembling method, the fastening assembly force of the pressing ring with different specifications is quantified, and the reliability of pressing ring position fastening is improved. 本发明涉及种电动气吸式压圈紧固装置及其使用方法。该装置包括电动扭矩螺刀、真空发生装置、气管、套筒、吸附卡盘、六方连接杆以及卡爪。通过各个部件之间的相互配合关系，形成个真空气流通道，基于真空吸附原理实现压圈的无损吸附装配，结合电动扭矩螺刀的功能以克服传统装配方法的不足，量化不同规格压圈的紧固装配力度，提高压圈定位紧固的可靠性。
