Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a safe height-ascending operation device, and belongs to the field of power system operation devices. The safe height-ascending operation device comprises a clamping rod fixingframe and a supporting frame, wherein the clamping rod fixing frame is arranged on the periphery of a pole tower in a sleeving mode, and the supporting frame is connected with the clamping rod fixingframe and used for supporting a worker; and the clamping rod fixing frame and the supporting frame are each divided into three layers which are used for supporting the feet, the hip and the back correspondingly, each layer is in flexible connection, the back supporting frame is provided with an anti-falling-off safety belt hook, one end of a safety rope is tied on the worker, the foot supportingframe is provided with a pole climber ring for facilitating moving of the foot supporting frame, handles for facilitating the worker to grab and hold are arranged on the two sides of the hip supporting frame, and a seat plate i
