The vertical measuring device comprises a supporting frame, a working table arranged on the supporting frame, a pressure applying module, a guiding module and a traction module connected with the supporting frame;the working table is used for fixing the prepreg cloth; the pressure applying module comprises a pressure adjustment module and a friction pair detachably connected to the pressure adjustment module, and the pressure adjustment module adjusts the pressure applying magnitude of the friction pair; the guiding module comprises an X-direction sliding mechanism which enables the working table to slide in the horizontal direction and a Z-direction sliding mechanism which enables the pressure applying module to slide in the vertical direction; and the traction module is provided with a traction mechanism moving in the vertical direction, and the traction mechanismis used for pulling the p
