Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for identifying pinus taeda individuals based on a chloroplast genome sequence, and a molecular marker used for detecting the chloroplast genome of a sample to be tested. The method utilizes 21 chloroplast genome SNP-specific loci present among 21 pinus taeda germplasm, and realizes the distinction between different individuals, thereby identifying paternal ancestors of the individuals. The present invention firstly finds the polymorphism of the chloroplast genome sequence of the pinus taeda, and finds that the chloroplast genome can be used for identifying population genetic relationship. By comparing the differential segments of the chloroplast genome sequence, the molecular marker that can be used to screen and identify the germplasm of the individuals of the pinus taeda or identify the paternal ancestors of the individuals of the pinus taeda is obtained, further specific PCR amplification primers for detecting the molecular marker are obtained, thereby realizing quick iden
