Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to anti-micropitting, high-efficiency, anti-friction and anti-wear wind-power graphite gear oil and a preparation method thereof. The wind-power graphite gear oil comprises the following raw materials by weight: 1% to 8% of an oily agent, 0.3% to 4.0% of an extreme-pressure anti-wear agent, 0.02% to 1.0% of a dispersant, 0.02% to 0.8% of a rust inhibitor, 0.02% to 0.07% of ademulsifier, 0.02% to 0.05% of an anti-foaming agent and 0.3% to 2.0% of dry graphite powder, with the balance being base oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the dry graphite powder into a dispersant solution, carrying out repeated kneading so as to obtain a flexible graphite intermediate, and carrying out grinding; and mixing remaining raw materials, adding a groundflexible graphite intermediate, carrying out uniform dispersion and dehydration, and carrying out shearing with a high-shear homogenizer.
