Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of fluorescence detection, in particular to a novel compound, a preparing method thereof and application of the compound in detecting Ti3+. The structuralformula of the novel compound is shown in the description, wherein R is selected from alkyl groups and ester groups. When the novel compound is used for preparing a fluorescent reagent, the novel compound has a specific response to Ti3+, has no response to Na+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Ba2+, Cd2+, Al3+, Ca2+, Cr3+, K+, Zn2+, Ce3+, Fe2+ and other common metal ions, only has a fluorescence weakening response toTi3+, and can be applied to quickly detecting Ti3+.
