Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a ship plate intelligent welding locating device comprising a base. A fixed seat is welded to the upper end of the base. The distance between the two sides of the fixed seat issmaller than that between the two sides of the base. A cavity is formed in the fixed seat. The middle of the upper end of the fixed seat is provided with a through groove. A first telescopic rod is inserted in the through groove. The distance between the two sides of the first telescopic rod is smaller than that between the two sides of the through groove. The lower end of the first telescopic rod penetrates through the through groove and extends into the cavity. The lower end of the first telescopic rod is welded to the lower end in the cavity.
