The method comprises the following steps: weighing ferric nitrate or manganese chloride and a certain amount of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), dissolving the weighed substances in a certain amount of anhydrous ethanol solution for mixing, uniformly carrying out stirring, adding a weighed SBA-16 molecular sieve, carrying out stirring, then carrying out suction filtration, and placing the mixture into a weighing bottle; putting the weighing bottle into a reaction kettle, adding absolute ethyl alcohol between the weighing bottle and the reaction kettle, and carrying out crystallizing in a drying oven; and taking out the weighing bottle, carrying out suction filtration, and carrying out drying, grinding and calcining to prepare an Fe-SBA-16mesoporous molecular sieve |
