Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an enzyme preparation for cleaning pure raw beer filter membranes, 0.5% -1% of acidic protease, 0.5% -1% of neutral protease and 5% -20% of glucanase, 5% -10% of neutral cellulase and 10% -30% of acidic cellulase, 10% -30% of pectinase and 8% -69% of a sodium chloride solution with the mass concentration of 10%. According to the enzyme preparation, the yeast, protein and glucan can be efficiently hydrolyzed by virtue of the synergistic interaction between various single enzyme preparations, so that the membrane flux can be remarkably improved, the number of times of cleaning the sodium hydroxide is reduced, the service life of the filter membrane is prolonged, and the production cost is reduced.
