Zusammenfassung:	A crystal oscillator capable of suitably detecting temperature includes a package (110), a crystal element (120), and a temperature sensor (130). The crystal element (120) includes a crystal blank (121) and a pair of excitation electrodes (122) on a pair of major surfaces of the crystal blank (121) and is air-tightly sealed in the package (110). The temperature sensor (130) is mounted in the package (110).
