The modifiedwaterborne acid emulsion contains the following components in parts by weight: 212.6 parts of polyester diol, 33.0 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid DMPA, 11.9 parts of 1,6-hexanediol, 82.8 parts ofdipropylene glycol dimethyl ether DMM, 115.2 parts of isophorone diisocyanate IPDI, 109.2 parts of methyl methacrylate MMA, 0.3 part of an antioxidant 264, 26.1 parts of hydroxyethyl methylacrylate HEMA, 16.0 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 11.4 parts of dimethyl pentamethylene diamine, 788 parts of deionized water, 0.7 part of tert-butyl hydroperoxide, 1.3 parts of ascorbic acid, 8.2 parts of adipic acid dihydrazide, 100 parts of water and 35 parts of amine zirconium carbonate.
