Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses activated carbon of a super-capacitor and a three-step physical activation preparation method. The method is used for preparing activated carbon from a coconut shell carbonization material serving as a raw material by using a three-step method comprising pre-activation, activated pore forming and pore diameter regulation and modification. The activated carbon powder prepared by using the preparation method has the high pore volume of 0.8-1.0 cm/g, the pore volume ratio of 40-60% and the main pore diameter distribution peak value within the range of 1-2 nm and contains 55-65% of micropores of which the pore diameters are distributed within the range of 0-2 nm, the micropores are uniformly and densely distributed, and the specific surface area reaches 1600-1900 m /g.
