The invention discloses a simple folding stairway for a dormitory. The simple folding stairway comprises a chamber, a folding stairway body and two fixing clamps. The chamber comprises a front panel,a top panel, a bottom panel, a left side panel and a right side panel; the upper end portion of the folding stairway body is mounted in the chamber, the folding stairway body comprises stairway step boards and connecting rod mechanisms mounted on two sides of the stairway step boards, and the top end of the uppermost stairway step board is connected with the bottom end of the top panel; the fixingclamps are arranged at the center of the front panel of the chamber and the center of the rear panel of the chamber respectively, and each fixing clamp is formed by two semicircular clamping plates connected through a bolt. By the structural design of the connecting rod mechanisms and the stairway step boards, labor consumption is reduced; by structural design of the chamber, the occupied area ofthe stairway is reduced. 本
