A PCR system for directly detecting the traditional Chinese medical material contaminant aspergillus versicolor toxic fungi withoutseparation or purification is built by the invention; the specificity of each primer is high; the detection limit of the method is 101 to 102 CUF/g; the detection sensitivity is high. 本发明公开了种检测中药材污染杂色曲霉毒素产毒真菌的PCR引物、方法及试剂盒。基于PCR检测方法,包括能在反应管中进行PCR反应的引物对。本发明建立了种不经过分离纯化,直接检测中药材污染杂色曲霉毒素产毒真菌的PCR体系,各引物特异性强,方法的检出限为10~10CFU/g,检测灵敏度高。
