The experimental result shows that the escherichia coli with the knocked-out fimA gene is produced through fermentation, production of L-threonine through fermentation of the escherichia coli is promoted to a certain extent, and the fermentation cycle can be shortened while the yield of the L-threonine is increased. 本发明公开了株敲除fimA基因的重组大肠杆菌,该大肠杆菌中的fimA基因失活,本发明还公开了该敲除fimA基因的重组大肠杆菌的构建方法,实验结果表明发酵产敲除大肠杆菌中fimA基因,对大肠杆菌发酵产L-苏氨酸有定的促进作用,在增加L-苏氨酸的产量的同时可以缩短发酵周期。
