The preparation method includes: adding the prepolymer, the functional monomer, the photoinitiator and the coupling agent sequentially into a reactor; heating to 50 DEG C, stirring at a low speed of 300-500 r/min for 20-30 min, stirring at a high speed of 1000 r/min for 0.5-2 h, and mixing well; filtering, sucking foam in vacuum, and sealing and packaging in the shade.
