The process includes the following steps: S1. weighing components of raw materials of glove blanks according to a composition; S4. putting a mixture B into a desulfurization tank, heating the desulfurization tank to 100-120 DEG C by electric heating, and maintaining the temperature of steam in the desulfurizationtank at 165-175 DEG C for 1.5 hours for reaction; S6. dipping the glove blanks in nitrile wrinkling mucilage, immersing the glove blanks in a surface treatment oil agent for surface treatment, fillingthe inner sleeves into the glove blanks, pressing, and vulcanizing and drying to obtain the anti-skid heat-resistant rubber gloves.
