Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a brazing wire for an ultrahigh-temperature wear-resistant coating of a titanium alloy. The brazing wire comprises a tubular brazing filler metal strip layer for the titanium alloy and Co coated Cr2O3 composite particles with which the brazing filler metal strip layer for the titanium alloy is filled. The proportion of the Co coated Cr2O3 composite particles in the brazing wire for the ultrahigh-temperature wear-resistant coating of the titanium alloy ranges from 31% to 41.7%. The brazing filler metal strip layer for the titanium alloy comprises, by mass percent, 10%-13%of Ni, 1.1%-1.4% of Ag, 0.6%-0.9% of Mn, 0.4%-0.5% of La, 1.3%-2.93% of Sn, 1.6%-1.8% of Nd and the balance Cu. The invention further provides a method for preparing the brazing wire for the ultrahigh-temperature wear-resistant coating of the titanium alloy. By means of the brazing wire, the wettability and the bonding strength between a brazing layer and a titanium alloy matrix can be improved.
