A formula of the hydrating lotion prepared by the preparation method comprises the following components in partsby weight: 10-15 parts of natural vegetable oil, 1-2 parts of salicylic acid, 5-10 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.5-1 part of natural vitamins, 5-10 parts of an aloe extract, 5-10 parts of a soybean extract, 0.2-1 part of a Chinese herbal medicine extract, 1-2 parts of a natural surfactant, 0.8-1.5 parts of a flower extract, and 50-65 parts of small molecular group deionized water consisting of two to three water molecules.
