Provided is a composition for improving atrophy of the hippocampus in the human brain, a composition for increasing the volume of the hippocampus in the human brain, or a composition for increasing the volume of the human brain, in which coenzyme Q10 and earthworm dry powder are employed as active ingredients. A reduction-type coenzyme Q10 is employed as the coenzyme Q10.
