The passive parking space monitoring terminal comprises a TMR sensor, a passive RFID tag and a microcontroller. The output terminal of the TMR sensor is electrically connected to the microcontroller; and the TMR sensor is used for sensing the state of the parking space and transmitting the sensing signal to the microcontroller. The passive RFID tag connected with the microcontroller electrically is used for identifying a parking space, sending and receiving signals externally, and providing energy for the TMR sensor and the microcontroller. The microcontroller is used for receiving a sensing signal of the TMR sensor, acquiring the parking space state based on the sensing signal, and controlling the passive RFID tag to transmit an electronic code and the parking state externally.
