Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of tool and instrument management, particularly discloses a practical training safety tool management system and method. The system comprises a control module, a storage module, a two-dimensional code generation module, a two-dimensional code scanning module. The control module controls the storage module to store the product information and the state information of all the tools and instruments, controls the two-dimensional code generation module to generate two-dimensional codes according to the product information of the corresponding tools and instruments, and controls the two-dimensional code scanning module to scan the two-dimensional codes to obtain the product information of the tools and instruments. The method comprises the following steps of (1) distributing tool storage bins; (2) establishing a tool database; (3) borrowing tools and instruments; and (4) returning tools and instruments.
