Zusammenfassung:A processing process for organic glass is disclosed. The process includes (1) adding methyl methacrylate, a copolymerization monomer, a crosslinking agent, rubber particles, an inorganic filler, mixedsalt and auxiliary agents into a reaction kettle; (2) heating and pressurizing the reaction kettle, reacting the mixture under stirring for 4-5 h, then taking a semifinished product out and keeping the semifinished product for later use; and (3) subjecting the semifinished product to pouring, demoulding, drawing, cutting, and polishing to obtain a finished product of organic glass. The process isimproved and optimized to effectively improve heat resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance and other characteristics of the organic glass.
