The bicycle kinetic energy recovery system comprises an electromagnetic induction system, a permanent magnet system and a circuit closing and opening control system. The electromagnetic induction system is fixed to a fixing beam of a bicycle wheel. The permanent magnet system is arranged on strokes near the electromagnetic induction system and provides a magnetic field for the electromagnetic induction system. The circuit closing and opening control system mainly comprises a travel switch, the initial state is set to be an opencircuit state, when a bicycle brake conducts braking, a travel switch rocker arm on the travel switch is driven to rotate, the travel switch is changed into a turn-on state, a closed circuit is composed of the travel switch, the electromagnetic induction system and a load, the permanent magnet system on the strokes rotates along with the corresponding wheel, inducted current is generated in the electromagnetic induction
