The invention discloses a public land mobile network (PLMN) access method, a terminal and a computer-readable storage medium. The method is applied to the terminal. The terminal includes a first SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card. A matching target PLMN identifier and target access network standard are selected according to a pre-stored first PLMN identifier-network standard mapping table corresponding to the first SIM card, then networks corresponding to the target network standard are searched for, whether a first network of which a PLMN identifier matches the target PLMN identifier exists in the networks obtained by searching is judged, if yes, the first SIM card accesses the first network, and thus the problem that in existing networking schemes, network standards corresponding to selected target PLMN identifiers do not match network standards of searching, and thus networks cannot be accessed for a long time is solved. The invention also discloses the terminal and the computer-readable storage medium.
