Flow stabilizing centrifugal impeller for reducing inlet backflow

The invention discloses a flow stabilizing centrifugal impeller for reducing inlet backflow. The backflow at an inlet of a centrifugal impeller can cause flow field disorder. The flow stabilizing centrifugal impeller includes an inlet channel, a pump shaft, a flow guiding metal ring and an impeller body. The inlet channel sleeves the pump shaft and is fixed to an inlet hole of an impeller front cover plate. The flow guiding metal ring is generally of a truncated cone shape and is provided with a central hole. The hole diameter of the central hole is equal to the diameter of the upper bottom surface of the truncated cone. A flow guiding conical surface is formed on the side of the truncated cone. The central hole of the flow guiding metal ring and the pump shaft are fixed. The lower bottomsurface of the flow guiding metal ring and an impeller rear cover plate are fixed.
