Zusammenfassung:The invention provides novel specific primers, Taqman probe and detection method for fluorescent quantitative PCR detection for rapidly identifying Ophiocordyceps sinensis and Ophiocordyceps sinensisadulterants, and can authenticate Ophiocordyceps sinensis medicinal materials, Ophiocordyceps sinensis-containing prescribed preparations and other related products. The invention further provides anapplication of the specific primers and the Taqman probe to portable fluorescent quantitative PCR detection for identifying the Ophiocordyceps sinensis and the Ophiocordyceps sinensis adulterants.
