Zusammenfassung:A method for preparing TPU conductive film is disclosed. TPU film is prepared from TPU by a thermo-compression formation technique, and properly swells in a xylene solvent; and the properly swollen TPU film is subjected to ultrasonic modification in xylene solutions containing carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes with different mass concentrations to prepare the TPU conductive film with different conductivity. The carboxylated carbon nanotubes, adopted as a modifier, have active functional groups such as -COOH and -OH and can form intermolecular hydrogen bonds with a TPU polymer matrix,thus enhancing interaction with the TPU polymer matrix, and facilitating construction of a conductive network structure and improvement of mechanical properties.
