The invention relates to a method and a device for sublimation drying of maltol. The device is characterized by comprising a sublimation kettle, wherein a dryer is additionally arranged in the front of the sublimation kettle; the outlet of the bottom part of the dryer is connected with the inlet of the sublimation kettle through a pipeline; the outlet of the upper part of the dryer is connected with a condenser through a pipeline; and the condenser is connected with a distillate outlet groove through a pipeline.
