The device for membrane integrated preparation of the lithium chloride comprises a calcining unit, a coarse filtering unit, a fine filtering unit 1, a deacidifying unit, a fine filtering unit 2, a chelating unit, a four-compartment electrodialysis unit, a batching box, a nanofiltration unit, a concentration electrodialysis unit and a concentration crystallization unit, wherein the calcining unit, the coarse filtering unit, the fine filtering unit 1, the deacidifying unit, the fine filtering unit 2, the chelating unit and the four-compartment electrodialysis unit are successively connected; and through treatment of the nanofiltration unit and the concentration electrodialysis unit, the lithium chloride is obtained. The device for membrane integrated preparation of the lithium chloride provided by the invention effectively reduces introduction of foreign matters through a plurality of times of fine filtration,
