Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a foldable and portable electric scooter comprising a scooter body, a pedal mounted on the scooter body, a front frame, a handlebar on the front frame, a seat pillar and a seaton the seat pillar. The front frame and the seat pillar are fixed to the pillar body by a hinge member. Running wheels are arranged on the bottom of the scooter body, and are connected to a driving device. The driving device is fixed in the scooter body and is powered by a battery mounted on the scooter body. A brake system is disposed on the running wheels.
