Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a novel sponge compounding process, which comprises the following steps: S1) a gluing step of coating waterborne glue between adjacent sponge layers, with the coating amount of the waterborne glue being 18-24 g/cm ; S2) a heating and compounding step, namely a step of putting the sponge layers coated with the waterborne glue in the step S1) to 40-60 DEG C into a microwave channel or microwave box with a power of 8,000-10,000 w, and continuously heating the layers for 10-300 s; and S3) a finished product forming step, namely a step of cooling the microwave channel ormicrowave box heated to 40-60 DEG C in the step S2) to room temperature, and taking a product out to obtain composite sponge.
