Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an extraction method of hawthorn flavone, and belongs to the technical field of deep processing of hawthorn fruits. The method comprises: drying hawthorn fruits until the watercontent is 2-5%, and putting the hawthorn fruits into a pulverizer for freeze-pulverizing, wherein the freeze-pulverizing includes filling the pulverizer with liquid nitrogen firstly and then performing pulverizing so as to obtain hawthorn fruit powder; and adding 70% by volume ethanol solution into the hawthorn fruit powder, performing ultrasonic extraction, performing centrifuging after the extraction, taking a supernatant, repeating the above steps on the centrifuged precipitate, and mixing two supernatants to obtain a hawthorn flavone extracting solution.
