Composition including tectorigenin and tectorigenin glucoside

The invention provides a composition, which has excellent effect of improving tissue differentiation or improving body fat decomposition, improving skin texture, and improving liver function. The composition preferably includes tectorigenin and tectorigenin glucoside with mass ratio of higher than 1:10; and preferably, the tectorigenin glucoside includes a glucoside formed by bonding one saccharide onto tectorigenin and a glucoside formed by bonding two saccharides onto tectorigenin, wherein the mass ratio of the former to the latter is more than 1:0.01 and lower than 1:7.5; more preferably, the glucoside formed by bonding one saccharide onto tectorigenin is tectoridin, and the glucoside formed by bonding two saccharides onto tectorigenin is tectorigenin-7-O-xylose glucoside. 本发明提供种具有优异的促进组织分化的作用或促进体脂肪分解的作用、改善肤质的作用、改善肝功能的作用的组合物。本发明的组合物优选以质量比1：10以上的量包含鸢尾黄素及鸢尾黄素糖苷。优选所述鸢尾黄素糖苷包含在鸢尾黄素上键结1个糖而成的糖苷及在鸢尾黄素上键结2个糖而成的糖苷，且前者与后者的质量比为1：0.01以上且7.5以下。还优选在鸢尾黄素上键结1个糖而成的糖苷为鸢尾苷，在鸢尾黄素上键结2个糖而成的糖苷为鸢尾黄素-7-O-木糖葡萄糖苷。
