The invention provides an adjustable night vision monitoring camera. The camera comprises a body. The front end of the body is provided with a lens. Infrared lamp heads are evenly distributed around the lens. Each infrared lamp head comprises a reflecting bowl and an infrared diode provided in the center of the reflecting bowl. The reflecting bowl comprises a base layer comprising a curved mirror,and an adjusting layer provided on the surface of the base layer. The adjusting layer comprises a double-layer transparent thin layer and a closed interlayer between the double-layer transparent thinlayer. The closed interlayer is filled with a silver ion solution. The front and rear outer surfaces of the double-layer transparent thin layer are respectively plated with a layer of indium tin oxide film, and the two layers of indium tin oxide film are electrically connected to two output ends of the same power supply module respectively.
