The microwave single quantum detector comprises a microwave signal input device, a low-noise amplifier, a microwave filter, a laser, a microwave photon converter, an optical filter, a photon controllable attenuator and a single photon detector. Based on the microwave optical modulator, a microwave signal is up-converted into an optical signal, and microwave single quantum detection is realized. The microwave single quantum detector based on the microwave optical modulator has the advantages thatmicrowave signals are input to the microwave signal input device, and the microwave signals are subjected to amplification and filtering, electro-optical conversion and photon filtering and enter thephoton detector to obtain single photon signals which are used for rear-end signal processing and the electromagnetic characteristics of the input microwave signals are analyzed.
