Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method used for smelting pure metal and capable of precisely controlling the heat loss value. The method includes the steps that original minerals containing target metal aredirectly sprayed into a molten pool of a smelting furnace, reducing gas and combustion-supporting gas are simultaneously sprayed into the smelting furnace, a boiling phenomenon is generated by the molten pool, the reducing gas is used for reducing the original minerals containing the target metal, and the redundant reducing gas and the combustion-supporting gas are combusted on the upper portion of the smelting furnace to generate heat. The method is characterized in that the content of H2 in the reducing gas is 80-100%, the content of O2 in the combustion-supporting gas is 80-100%, and the temperature of the combustion-supporting gas is controlled at 300-400 K; and the molten pool comprises slag and target metal liquid.
