The preparation method comprises the steps of with glycerin and trimethylolpropane as the main raw materials, reacting with ethylene oxide under the catalysis of an alkaline catalyst, adding saccharose, and finally adding epoxypropane to react, so as to obtain the product. Polyether of the product has the characteristics of low hydroxyl value, degree of functionality and viscosity. The product prepared by virtue of the preparation method is rigid polyurethane foam with polyether polyol as a radical, and water can be taken as a foaming agent, so that the preparation method is safe, environment-friendly and high in economic value. 本发明涉及种新型硬泡聚醚多元醇的制备方法,属于聚氨酯发泡领域,制备过程如下:以甘油和三羟甲基丙烷为主要原料,在碱性催化剂的催化下,与环氧乙烷反应,然后加入蔗糖,最后加入环氧丙烷反应制得产品。本发明涉及种新型硬泡聚醚多元醇的制备方法,本产品该聚醚具有羟值低,官能度低,粘度低的特点,本发明制得的产品以该聚醚多元醇为基的聚氨酯硬泡,可全部用水做发泡剂,安全环保,经济价值高。
