The method includes the steps of preparing an NaOH solution; measuring 2-3 mmol of C16H36O4Ti, weighing 2.67-4 mmol of Bi(NO3)3.5H2O, and adding the two into the NaOH solution under ultrasonic agitation condition; pouring the mixture into a high-pressure reactor with a polytetrafluoroethylene liner, sealing the reactor, and putting the reactor in an oven at the temperature of 180 DEG C for 20 hours of heat treatment to obtain initial Bi4Ti3O12; performing centrifugation and deionized water washing on the obtained product,adding 0.05-0.2 mmol of HNO3 according to the molar ratio for continuous stirring, putting the product into the reactor and performing hydro-thermal treatment at the temperature of 180 DEG C for 12 hours; washing the product |
