The system comprises an integrated optical coherence tomography module and a fractional flow reverse detection module, and the integrated optical coherence tomography module is connected with the fractional flow reverse detection module through a fiber; and the integrated optical coherence tomography module includes an endoscopic probe unit, and the endoscopic probe unit includes an annular flexible tube, a fixed bearer, an elongated single fiber, a first magnet, a second magnet and a lens.
