Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a large inertia motor and an implementation method thereof. The large inertia motor comprises a permanent magnet servo motor, wherein the permanent magnet servo motor is equipped with a split encoder. The large inertia motor further comprises an inertia disc, wherein the inertia disc is matched and connected with a reflective grating assembly of the split encoder. The implementation method comprises the step of directly connecting the inertia disc and the reflective grating assembly on the permanent magnet servo motor into a whole. The axial length of the motor will notbe lengthened while the inertia of the motor is increased, and installation requirements can be ensured. In addition, a motor casing, a shaft, stator and rotor cores and the like are enabled to sharesmall-inertia motor parts, thereby greatly saving the cost.
