The method comprises the steps that three-dimensional geodetic coordinates of a GNSS water-vapour station are obtained; peripheral temperature data and peripheral air pressure data of other GNSS water-vapour stations of the three-dimensional geodetic coordinates of the corresponding to-be-detected GNSS water-vapour station are retrieved according to preset conditions; linear height correction is conducted on the peripheral temperature data and non-linear correction is conducted on the peripheral air pressure data according to the attitude height difference of the to-be-detected GNSS water-vapour station and other GNSS water-vapour stations; the distance fromthe to-be-detected GNSS water-vapour station to other GNSS water-vapour stations is calculated, and a weight function of the to-be-detected GNSS water-vapour station and other GNSS water-vapour stations is solved according to
