The device comprises a rocket head part, a combustion chamber and a tail spraying pipewhich are connected in sequence and internally communicate with one another. The lower section of the rocket head part is provided with double layers of shell bodies, and two independent gas collecting cavities are formed between the inner layer of shell body and the outer layer of shell body, wherein one of the gas collecting cavity is a fuel cavity, and the other gas collecting cavity is an oxidizing agent cavity.
