The coxsackie virus B5 strain is attenuated in an attenuated live vaccine mode. Vero cells are used and continuously cultured for 50 passages at a low temperature, and a CVB5 attenuated vaccine is accidentally obtained. Compared with wild virus strains, the coxsackie virus attenuated strain has the advantageous characteristics of cold adaptation and temperature sensibility, andis improved in properties of in-vivo attenuation property, immunogenicity and genetic safety, thus providing guarantee in reducing the production cost and preparing the effective, safe and cheap CVB5vaccines.
