The preparation method comprises the following steps: epoxy resin is diluted with a solvent, then an aminosilane coupling agent is added, and a stirring reaction is performed at 60 to 90 DEG C; cooling is performed, then silica sol and ammonium molybdate are added, and a mixture is stirred and mixed at 45 to 70 DEG C to obtain modified epoxy resin composite liquid; zinc powder and aluminum powder are uniformly dispersed in a metal powder wetting agent and a diluent, then the modified epoxy resin composite liquid is added, and a mixture is stirred and uniformly mixed to obtainthe one-component self-curing chromium-free zinc-aluminum anticorrosive paint; and the obtained anticorrosive paint is applied to a metal substrate and cured to obtain a chromium-free zinc-aluminum anticorrosive coating.
