Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a boron magnesium co-doped VO2 powder, a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a magnesium source anda boron source into hydrogen peroxide, and then adding a vanadium source, thereby preparing a V5+ complex hydrogel containing B3+ and Mg2+; adding a reducing agent into the V5+ complex hydrogel for performing reduction reaction, thereby acquiring a blue V4+ precursor solution; performing hydrothermal reaction on the V4+ precursor solution till generating sediment, cleaning and drying sediment, thereby acquiring an initial VO2 powder; calcining the initial VO2 powder under a protective gas atmosphere, thereby acquiring the boron magnesium co-doped VO2 powder.
