Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel hollow selenium nanosphere as well as a preparation method and the application thereof and belongs to the fields of preparation of nanometer materials and biomedicine application. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: taking sodium selenite as a selenium source, taking anthocyanin as a reducing agent, and firstly preparingthe selenium nanosphere of a hollow structure under room temperature conditions. The preparation method is simple, and the experimental conditions are mild; the prepared selenium nanosphere presents one or multiple cavities, has the size of 19+/-5.7nm, and can serve as a drug carrier to be used for preparing anticancer and anti-inflammatory drugs and the like. 本发明公开了种新型中空硒纳米球及其制备方法与应用,属于纳米材料制备和生物医学应用领域。本发明采用亚硒酸钠为硒源,花青素为还原剂,在室温条件下首次得到具有中空结构的硒纳米球,其制备方法简单,实验条件温和;所得硒纳米球呈个或多个空腔,大小为19±5.7 nm,可作为药物载体用于抗癌及抗炎等药物的制备。
