Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for manufacturing luminous advertisement characters in a 3D printing mode. The method comprises the following steps that surrounding edges of the advertisement characters are manufactured in a 3D printing mode, photosensitive resin is poured into the surrounding edges, the photosensitive resin is cured to form sealing covers after being irradiated with UV light, the advertisement character surrounding edges with the sealing covers are installed on a bottom plate with LED particles, and the luminous advertisement characters are manufactured. The invention further discloses a 3D printer for manufacturing the luminous advertisement characters.
