The fungus extract composition is prepared from the followingcomponents in parts by weight: 9 to 11 parts of cordyceps militaris extract, 6 to 8 parts of grifola frondosa extract, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sparassis crispa extract, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of tremella mesenterica extract, and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of pleurotus extract. The fungus extract composition can be used for preparing the functional foods and the health-care products for treating chronic bronchitis, asthma and related diseases.
