The instant ready-to-eat compound natural nutrient jelly comprises a jelly instant powderpackage and a fruit and vegetable composite material, wherein the jelly instant powder package comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.3-0.4% of konjac flour, 0.5-0.6% of tamarind gel, 0.2-0.3% of aloe vera gel lyophilized powder, 2-3% of peach gum powder, 5-6% of oat flour, 3-4% of milk powder and the balance of rock sugar powder; the fruit and vegetable composite material comprises the following raw material in percentage by weight: 6-8% of carrot juice, 2-3% of diced aloe, 10-12% of capsule dressing-removed orange, 0.3-0.4% of citric acide, 0.1-0.2% of edible salt,14-16% of white granulated sugar, 2-3% of apple concentrated juice and the balance of water; and a weight ratio of the jelly instant powder package to the fruit and vegetable composite material is 1:4-6. Without adding chemic
